Thanks for posting on the "Kabbalah of Prayer" by Shulamit, and welcome!
Anything in particular of these writings that fulfill the promise of answering all the questions of Life? Perhaps a brief synopsis of the teachings would be helpful. Should readers of Humancafe focus on any part in particular? Always glad to learn of new things, but more helpful if you would dialogue your findings, so we can all share in them. In you own words, why is this book important to you?

Hi Anna, this is a 'jihad' that remains unrecognized in the West, so it is a one-sided war waged by the dying philosophical embers of a primitive interpretation of Islam faced with more modern views of democratic lawful government protecting our individual human rights, those rights that grant us the freedom to be who we are. I think this is a historic watershed, and like Communnism falling before the power of freedom, so will this primitive Islam fall. It is important not to be drawn into a 'war' where one really does not exist. In other words, don't get caught in the enemy's choice of battlefields, but force them into yours. The way to do that is to keep up pressure on them to educate, to make them reexamine themselves, to give power to the moderates, to give power to women, to show them the benefits of civilization of freedom rather than forced obedience and killings. This is the way to fight this new Wahabia spawned terrorism of our more advanced cultures. So don't get caught up in the rhetoric, or lack of it, and stay focussed on what needs to be done. We need to help the Arab people, and all Muslims world wide, to embrace tolerance and freedom as the future ideal of their world. If they do not do this, then they too will disappear as did the Communist Soviet Union.
All the best,
Ivan
