Of the multitude of challenges facing evolutionary panaltruism in the millennia ahead none are more meaningful than those whose advocacy - even if only incrementally successful with each generation - first and foremost recognizes individual uniqueness/interconnection with nature-life-infinity.
Dear Robert,
Evolutionary panaltruism ranges from ethical vegetarianism to the deep human need to "know from whence we came," i.e. tracing/mapping human cosmic genealogy.
The emergence (paradigm shift) sooner rather than later of individual self-realization motivated, uplifted, and inspired by the altruism ethic is key to the coming of age of humankind - with positive significance for all life on Earth.

Thanks for the Panaltruism page. I too believe we are on the threshold of a new humanity, one more conscious, and more compassionate towards one another. Think that we condemn what we do not understand, and conversely we forgive when we truly do understand. Why not forgive first and understand second? Well, we are only partly conscious, I think.
Why have other civilizations not approached us, now that we are so 'advanced' technologically? I think it is because of this, that we are not yet truly conscious of Who we are, and thus remain dangerous to ourselves, to our planet, and to any who would dare to come and meet us face to face. I remain hopeful, and truly appreciate pages like yours. We need more.
